I Lurve You, Babycakes!

I reckon, whatever is good for the baby, can't be too bad for an adult (especially one who has a really infantile Inner Child).

So I don't understand the snide remarks and sarcastic jokes and incredulous looks from the other two thirds of the Unholy Trinity when I purchased a box Farley's Rusks (original flavor).

Why can - and should - I not buy Rusks if I didn't have a child? Must you be an infant to eat infant food? Because you sure as hell don't need to be a child to love candies.

I luuuurve Rusks: they taste so yummy and they're so fun to gnaw on when you're stoning in front of the telly watching cartoons.

And last night, when there was no dinner to be had in the house, Rusks and milk proved to be an adequate (and rather filling) meal.

It's healthier than nuking TV dinners in any case.

So there.
